Production Manager  

We at Tanzania Printing Services (TPS) are looking for highly qualified Team in the following Position:

Production Manager: Who will be responsible to run successfully a commercial
print factory of offset, web and packaging machines with following responsibilities :

• Plan, execute and manage the entire production process of the organization & ensure the best utilization of all the available resources
• Sound knowledge of print procedures and color matching systems
• Sound knowledge of computer systems
• Ensuring the achievement of production plan
• Directly coordinating with the senior management about factory efficiency
• Understanding the client needs and briefing it to floor supervisors and revert back to sales about the status
• Managing daily machine scheduling of all production departments
• Responsible for coordinating production schedules, MIS reports
• Control on Consumables, Labor cost & Wastage control
• Delivering Quality products and ensure the printed materials are to standards
• Diploma in Printing or similar field is required
• 5-7 years of experience in the same field
• Must speak English & Swahili
