Preverisk Group a Spanish Company leader in Hospitality and in Tourism sector is searching for specialized profiles in Health & Safety Consulting area for Group/Chains Hotels. We are looking for a personal profile with multipurpose, this is also for possible development of local business in the medium/long term.

What will I be doing?

• Hotel audits and assessments in the areas of health and safety, food hygiene, sustainability and others where necessary (training will be provided)
• Producing detailed reports to clients based on the findings of your audit work   
• Delivering training sessions to hotel staff in the areas of health and safety, food hygiene, sustainability and quality improvement
• Other areas of responsibility as per client need and candidate profile    

The Ideal Candidate:                       

• Educated to university standard in one of the following disciplines:     
• Environmental sciences 
• Biology / Microbiology          
• Chemistry / Biochemistry          

Health & Safety           

• Experience in working within the tourism/hospitality sector      
• Experience working with HACCP techniques, or in the area of food hygiene 
• Fluency local language and English or Spanish. Additional languages, will be viewed favourably.  

Able to travel locally.
